Los Angeles International (LAX)

A third option to consider is

Santa Maria Aiport (SMX)

The Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) is a short 10 minute drive to downtown, where the conference is located. SBA hosts Southwest, United, American, and Alaska among other airlines.

LAX tends to be less expensive to fly into. LAX is a 90 minute drive north to Santa Barbara, on average.

From LAX you can catch the Santa Barbara Airbus for a convenient, comfortable ride into Santa Barbara. This very nice, air-conditioned, wifi-enabled bus leaves LAX every 90 minutes. $55 each way.
